This Universal L Bracket can be found in the Hafele catalog(See included .PDF). The necessary 2D .dwg and .wmf files are included so, once placed in the appropriate directory, can be used as part of you Associative Hardware Library (For placement on 2-D parts). V6 and V65+ sample jobs are included in the download so the current Z rotation of the 3-D .dwg's will make sense.
