I found the 5/8" thick part labels better than the 1" because I can stick the label to the edge of the cut part. Then when the parts are stacked anyone can identify the assorted parts.

So if my situation is similar to yours and looking for a better solution feel free to use this label report.

Please be aware that this label is setup for Microvellum optimization. There are three part labels that Microvellum uses. "Part Labels.rpt" is used for Microvellum Optimization, "Part Labels_MV.rpt" is used for ARDIS optimization, and "Part Label_Nest.rpt" is used for nesting labels.
