I’m using the sectionplane command to generate my sections through Microvellum’s 3D Solids which in all honesty seems to be working just fine.My problem lies in the dimensioning of the 2D blocks generated by section plane, when I update the block due to changes my dimensions don’t follow my block in other words they are no longer associative.

I’ve checked my Auto cad variable DIMASSOC and its set at 2. Is there a way to make my dimensions follow?

Have you tried creating sections of 3D products with Microvellum?  You can add 2D section instructions tokens that are dynamic with the product such as dimensions and text.  You can add the instructions in the Prompts Tab of the spreadsheet.  You'll have to tab to the right until you see a column named "Cross Section Instructions".  There are a bunch of parameters associated with each instruction.  Check out the "Microvellum Toolbox Help" under "Overdrive Pro Prompts Drawing Tokens" for more information.

At the moment we are not using Micovellum generated sections but we"ll look into it.
