I KNOW HOW TO ADJUST THEM VERTICALLY BUT NOT HORIZONTALLY.I THINK IT WOULD BE IN THE LOOK UP TABLES BUT I'M NOT SURE AS TO WHICH ROW IT WOULD BE.RIGHT NOW THEY ARE AT 38.6MM FROM THE FRONT AND I WOULD LIKE THEM 35MM.THANK YOU.

You will have to adjust this through the Hardware in the Material File. Look for the hinge you are using, open up the Machining Tab the adjust one of the "Single Drilling Operation" specifically the Dim in Z value that might have a value at =37+(#).
