I create my .WMF for my moldings using ACAD's export command located on the file menu. Just click file, export, then choose the location to save your file and make sure that you have "file of type" set to .wmf It will then ask you to select the objects you wish to export and I type w for window and make my selection. Hit enter and you are done. One note: when it creates the .wmf it adds any blank areas around the object you have selected so you will want to zoom in before exporting so that you can only see what you want seen in the .wmf
