We are implementing a bar code reader at shipping and need a report to show what we have scanned.  We can scan into ALIS fine (with the same possible duplication problem I saw on another post).  Has anyone created a shipping report?

Browse to your microvellum folder and check here  "\Microvellum\Help\Support Files\Reports\ALIS Product Tracking"  There's a shipping report of the cabinets that get scanned.  And there's also a not shipped report that populates remaining cabinets from the release being scanned.  This is the reports we use.  They look exactly like the product summary report.

A few things to lookout for with scanning and ALIS, like you already mentioned; scanning the same barcode more than once is possible.  And also, once you start scanning products for a specific release, The not shipped report will always keep in memory what is remaining to be scanned from that release.  I cannot find a way to reset the not shipped report and start over again.

Thanks.  We did find the report.  We are also noticing that once the report is printed, we can not edit the items.
