Angry [:@] Label orientation 90 degrees off?? Any one?

Ok, So, I have Crystal reports 2008. A zebra TLP 2844 with 4" x 2.5" Labels.... Modified the label size and layout. No matter WHAT I do, the labels are either shrunk to fit the wrong way... or split across 2 labels. Anyone have any suggestions??? I'm sure it's something I missing.. and easy setting some where... I have looked and tried all I could find to no avail...

Has any one had this problem starting out???

Check this post: http://forums.microvellum.com/forums/t/2671.aspx and read Fengs response.

    Thanks,

Ok? I'm not sure how Feng's response helps this problem. I have that set up already. The labels seem to be locked at a 90 degree angle.

I had the same problem that you did with the same printer. After I setup the label to work with that printer in Crystal Reports all of my problems disappeared.

Did you setup the printer to work with your particular label? Did you do the "media length sensing"?

    Thanks,
    Gary

    Marksman,

Yes I set it up, at least I'm believe I have!!!  The sensing.. if you mean use the label gaps, yes. Seems like I went through EVERY possible setting...I went back and rechecked after reading this, and I still can't figure this one out.

Well, I wanted to share with everyone the solution according to Feng. (Thanks Feng!)

Something in the printer driver had gotten screwed up or locked out... Uninstalled  the driver, reinstalled it... Worked fine.

    Thanks!
