I created this Wizard so the rows and column layout is consistent the standard Crystal Reports; making it easier to predict where entries will display on reports. As the screenshot below illustrates, the entries for the Title Block "UPT" function are on the same tab as there can be commonalty between Report and Title Block entries.
The bad news is this wizard is a template, so all other tabs have to be set-up to company specific needs (which typically varies). The .zip file contains "Imperial Material Inset.bin" and "Imperial Material.bin"; which may need to be renamed to you Specification Group names.

This Wizard was created to work with the Basic Library. The first tab controls reports and AutoCAD title block data and the rows and column layouts are consistent the standard Crystal Reports; making it easier to predict where entries will display on reports. The next 4 tabs control an assortment of global variables and for safety reasons you must click APPLY for change to take effect. (They will also only apply to GlobalV7.gvfx). The last tab controls the hinge selection in the material file; NOTE that that selections here will only apply to Imperial Material.hwrx ; hence there is a disable check box. Also Note that all global variable controls have been set to the defaults found in the latest Basic Library; so company specific modifications will be necessary.
In my opinion, the main strength of the Wizard is to centralize the variables that change in a per-project basis; which can help serve at a safety net / checklist. The globals that change on a per-project basis will, of course, vary from company to company, but can be curtailed to company specific needs. And hopefully modifying this wizard will be a lesser evil then creating one from scratch, for those using the Basic Library. DOWNLOAD-Basic_Libary-Wizard.zip
